Reasons for missing the level-up adjustment:> Errors in input of their Official Fancafe ID (Email)> Official Fancafe Nickname is against the rules> Has not enabled to receive email and messages> Has not set the Privacy settings (Email, Gender/Age, Last visit) visible to Managers

Nickname rules:> Nicknames that may be confused with the artist and staff are prohibited.
(박지훈, 지훈 Park jihoon, jihoon)
(마루기획, 마루, 마루지기 etc)> Use of initials, numbers alone is not allowed.
